2. Our services (what COOLMED provides)

• COOLMED will not be liable for cold-chain losses arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including power failures, third-party network outages, local environmental conditions, user error, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

If you have paid COOLMED for products or services, our maximum aggregate liability for direct losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be limited to the amount paid by you to COOLMED in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is lower.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless COOLMED, its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Site.
• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right in connection with your use of the Site.
• Any content or information you submit to us that infringes third-party rights or is misleading.

9. Third-party links
